Newsletter, Summer 2020

Firstly, let's just call a spade a spade and admit it sure has been a while!  What happened to the spring newsletter and I apologise that this Summer edition is rather tardy!  What can I say.. there’s been a lot going on here (good things) and I am still adjusting to all the changes!

Touch Therapy has well and truly settled in to our gorgeous room at Lifecare Physio in Fremantle.  It's been five and half months now - can you believe it?!  We also have a website and online booking - which some of you are really taking advantage of.  Thank you.  The booking system has certainly made my life easier!  Our biggest and by far best news is the lovely addition of - Naho!  Naho is also a fully qualified and very talented remedial massage therapist with beautiful soft hands that melt into the body.  I have been receiving drool worthy treatments for my aching neck and shoulders and loving them whilst gaining a lot of relief!  She has been with me now for a little over 2 months, making my solo operation into a thriving team of two!

I would like to acknowledge that for many of you, over time, we have built a relationship and connection and there is safety and familiarity in that.  I get it.  Thank you for trusting me to take good care of you.  I would never recommend any of my clients to have treatments by any practitioner that I would not see myself.  If there comes a time that I am unavailable, please know that you will be in good hands with Naho!

Summer! Yay!
It’s no secret that this is my all time favourite time of the year!
High energy.  Action.  Increased connection. Warmth. Beach times. Less clothing.      Happiness.

These are just some of the reasons that I love this season THE most!  So to harness the increased energy and light in the day and make the most of it, I am making lists   of things I would like to get done before the sun shines a little less.
I think you'll be pleased to know that one of the items on the list is to get a mirror for the clinic room so you don’t have to leave looking dazed and scruffy anymore – haha !!

Peace xx
