Sunday 3rd May 2:30pm - 4pm

We will come together for 90mins, moving slowly and settling into a series of beautiful, long held and fully supported postures, to unwind our fascia, tendons, ligaments AND most importantly, our nervous system. The best part is, that while you are blissfully unwinding, you will receive hands on adjustments and massage with the intention of deepening and enhancing each posture. Lastly, you will be guided through an extended traditional Yoga Nidra. A powerful technique, which can only describe as other wordly. An experience far beyond relaxation. Please wear loose comfortable clothing *limited spaces
