Learn the foundations of yoga, in a small class. Lou’s 6-week Beginners Course is designed to teach you the foundations of yoga, preparing you to join into any class on the Denmark Yoga Centre timetable. The Beginners Foundation Course guides you through all the ways we move in yoga: forwards, backwards, sideways, inversions and twists, with detailed instruction.
This course is suitable for newcomers, those wanting a refresher course or a beautiful 6 week commitment to practice self care.
All students will receive a handout of the postures that we cover throughout this time so you can practice at home!
Join Louisa for two full days together in our resort style venue, located in Bicton, WA. On completion of this certificate training you will have an in-depth understanding of swedish massage techniques and feel confident in offering a beautiful, flowing, relaxing full body Swedish massage sequence. This certificate is suitable for personal or professional settings and an excellent refresher for those who haven’t been hands on for a while. No prior experience is necessary. Limited bookings. 20 CPD points
This is a hands on training and we will partner up with other students throughout the weekend. By registering for this training, you give consent to work with other students within the workshop. If you would like to discuss any aspect of the weekend, please get in touch.
